SACOM members and the staff and owners of WV Hobbies & Crafts and Nitro Hobby & Crafts would like to congratulate Gary Hess of St. Albans, winner of the Lionel train set raffle. The drawing for the O scale Conrail set was held at WV Hobbies December 15 by Chuck Wiley and Gloria Cameron.

Funds from the raffle will be used to build and maintain the modular layout and to continue the groups effort to build a railroad museum in St. Albans.
